PDF to InDesign - Preserve Editing Capabilities

In Illustrator, you have an option for saving to PDF to "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities" so that you can open the file in Illustrator again and have the whole file including the layers, effects, guides, etc. Can we have this for InDesign as well?
I work with some people that I know use InDesign and export the PDF from there, but don't share the InDesign file so when changes need to be made, it gets a bit more complicated than necessary.

'Preserve InDesign Editing Capabilities' option was added to Export PDF(Print) and Export PDF(Interactive) dialogs in InDesign 2026 version.
