Keep text box attributes when creating outlines.
When creating outlines for text, InDesign should separate out the text box and turn that into an object with the same parameters that were initially set. So, if I have white text in a black box with a yellow stroke, the black box with yellow stroke should remain in the layout when selecting "Create Outlines". Right now the box disappears.

I often have to convert text to outlines when providing files to some printers. The coloured text boxes that hold text disappear when I do so, and I need to recreate them. In one case, I missed that the boxes had disappeared. It strikes me as a bug – converting text to outlines keep the box that the text is in if it has a colour set.
