add the ability to create multiple versions of the same document with minimal effort
I create a newsletter, and along with it, an "accessible" version with minimal fonts and styles. Right now, I have to copy and paste each article into the accessible version, and manually apply each paragraph style in order to make things work out. There has GOT to be an easier way to make this happen!
I tried the "paste and link" feature, which would at least save me the copying and pasting of each individual section, but the second one makes an edit and updates the link, all those accessible styles revert back to the original! At the very least, this feature needs an option to update text ONLY and not styles or formatting.
