Standardize action of Ctrl-F (should be Find/New Find, not toggle Find window)
In ID, Ctrl-F (Cmd-F) toggles the Find/Change window open and closed.
Only the first instance behaves in a globally correct manner, by opening the F/C window if it is closed, and placing the cursor in the "Find" field.
Every other application of the last several decades then uses Ctrl-F to start the next new search, by placing the cursor in the Find field.
ID instead toggles the F/C window shut, and any user conditioned (by, again, every other app in use) to start typing a new search term finds themselves typing into the document instead.
While the Find/Change feature has several key shortcuts for various advanced forms of search, it does not have one that simply 'starts next search' in the globally standard manner. The user is required to click in the Find window to initiate a new search.
I suggest the keys be remapped so that Ctrl-F always (1) opens the F/C window if it is closed, and (2) always initiates a new Find by placing the cursor in the Find field. If a key is needed to toggle the F/C window closed, it should be another combination (Shift-Alt-F, for example).
