It would be great if there were a way to group pages with the same header, or automatically have a header include all page numbers between the page the header appears and the next header appears.

For example, the publication I'm building has a few top-level categories, like Pens, Pencils, Pastels, etc… and then sub-categories of name brands within those main category sections, like Bic, Sharpie, Prisma, etc…

Given that I'm already using the "alphabetical order" feature to make the ToC sort of like an Index as well, I'd like to be able to automatically include the pages in the whole section (in this case "5-50") instead of having to go in after the fact to make the change.
