Being able to have multiple people working in the same file at once similar to how Autodesk Revit is formatted - there is one "central" file and each user has a "local" file that they work on and every time they save it saves back to the "central" as one master file. There is also a safe guard against two people doing the same work where if two users were on the same page, the second person to try an edit the same object would see an error message telling them that someone else owns that item and in order to edit it the other user needs to save to central in order to release it for their use.
