Where is the search tool (like a magnifying glass in the Apple OS) to search within the menus (Version 16.1)

Absolutely dying for this! It's the quickest way I can work, and I have to work on a Windows operating system now for my workplace - carries my job on for so much longer not being able to locate elements as quickly as I can on my personal Macbook.
