Let's say you have to make shipping marks for example 100 pieces where 30 pieces have template 1 as layout or master page. and 40 layouts 2 and 30 layout 3. it would be nice that i would be able to create 1 scv file and in that will i will have 1 column that tels InDesign to use for each row a specific template file or a specific master page. if it will where you can use the template file then in does templates the data merge links will have to be the same for it to work. For example, i have a column as "name" in InDesign all the templates that are selected and have data merge links as "<name>" will all be data merged.
