Lock/Unlock all objects in an entire document
Currently we can lock/unlock an object or all objects on a spread. But what about getting the same features for an entire document so that you don't need to manually do this for every spread?

Actually the ability to lock pages from the pages pallet, by selecting pages, and then selecting Lock or Unlock would be the best solution.
