Add a preference option to allow InDesign to give you PDF import options when you drag a PDF into an open InDesign window
When you drag a PDF into InDesign, it only loads the cursor with the first page of the PDF. In order to load multiple pages or specific pages of a PDF, you need to place the PDF and tick the box to show PDF import options.
Would be nice to have a preference to turn on so that when you drag in a multiple page PDF into an open ID window, it pops up those PDF import options dialogue box automatically. Of course, if it's just a single page PDF, it will just load the single page into the cursor. As it stands right now, if somebody emails me a multiple page PDF (in the case that just happened, a 2 page PDF) and I only want page 2 of the PDF, I have to save the PDF somewhere and then File>Place. It would save time to be able to just drag the PDF straight from Mail into an open ID window and get the PDF import options so I can tell it I just want page 2. Plus I don't have to clutter my temp folder with a file that doesn't need to be there (it's already stored in the Mail programs mail message folder)
