Link to a Specific Page in external PDF File saved on the local disc -> choose between relative/absolute link
It would be nice to have an option to open external file (pdf) saved on the local disc/folder on the specific page - the same way as url link ('#page=xx'). And it's also necessary to have an option select between relative/absolute link. If the file is distributed and the parent directory gets changed, it has to be still able to use the relative link (of course in case the original structure has not been changed).

I am writing technical documentation using InDesign. The output is in the form of a dozen or so PDF files saved to the same folder on a local drive. Frequently, documents in one PDF refer to a specific page in another. It would be enormously useful for hyperlinks to text anchors to work across local PDFs like this, in the same way the do between local indd documents. In fact I expected InDesign to take care of this automatically when PDFs are exported and I am disappointed that it does not.
