Frame Fitting Panel
Fairly self explanatory. Frame fitting options are one of the only frequently used features that don't have their own panel, which can cause UX issues for various reasons. Solution, give them a panel.

Either that or give the top control panel drag and drop customization abilities like you've done with the tools panel in illustrator. Or any ability to rearrange the order would help, drag and drop would be the best interface though
