Attach paragraph/character style to a table cell definition
I think that it would be really useful if you could attach a paragraph or character style to the definition of a table's cell. So if I choose Table Header Cell Style it immediately responds with the correct typeface, shading etc. At the moment, I then have to apply a paragraph style once I have chosen a cell style. Which seems unnecessary

In the screenshot below, I find the display is ambiguous. I can't tell if h1 h2 etc are part of TOC Styles or not.
They aren't if I take the time to note the direction of the disclosure arrow next to TOC styles. But that is not visually obvious (ie subconsciously recognised in an instant) and I find myself clicking TOC Style wondering why h1 etc. don't disappear.
Can you invent some visual representation that more clearly depicts what is in a style group and what isn't?
