How can we improve InDesign?

Indesign Crashing when 'Quick Apply' is used.

Quick Apply crashes Indesign 2019, with every new release, we have had historically had similar issues, until a plugin to prevent such crash was copied over (via script, sent by you guys (Adobe)). Kindly address this now and in future releases.

Indesign didn't crash using Quick Apply in Versions 18 and 19.5. for me. But it crashes in v. 20.

Please fix this, Adobe. I crash about every three or four times I use Quick Apply on Mac High Sierra (10.13.6). Pretty please?!
