We need collaboration between KDP and InDesign
We need an Amazon-approved method of exporting Kindle books which will not be arbitrarily modified in KDP.

InDesignの現在のEPUB書き出しの仕様は、KDP (Amazon Kindle ダイレクトパブリッシング) に対応していません。InDesignからシームレスにKDPに対応したEPUB書き出しができるようにしてください。
現状は書き出したEPUBのコードを直接修正しなくてはなりませんので、一般ユーザーが可能なワークアラウンドはありません。1日も早くこのKDPヘの対応をお願いします。(in English)
InDesign's current EPUB export features do not support KDP (Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing). Please make it possible to support KDP from InDesign seamlessly.
Currently, there is no workaround available for general users, as the exported EPUB codes must be modified directly. Many users have been longing to support KDP of EPUB export.
