Allow Lock on Table Rows
Allow locking rows in tables so that we can keep the top row in place on all pages, while being able to add/remove rows without the top row moving up/down the page.

Allow lock rows exists...what id really recommend is to be able to unlock the table headers.

Forgive me for asking, but isn't this the same feature as header rows that are currently in InDesign, and if not, can you please elaborate on the distinction between header rows and your suggestion?
