Print the contents of the book window
I'm working on a very long document -- a book with about 300 component files (2-4 pp each). They're all in the book window... but once you're past two or three dozen files, the organization of the book window becomes difficult to view and comprehend. I'd like to print out the contents of the book window (PDF, CSV, spreadsheet, text, whatever) so that I can review what's there and see how best to organize it. The book window allows me to print out the book in different ways, and I can print portions of the book... but not that overview of all the component files and their filenames. I could print a Windows directory... but that prints in alphabetic order, by size, or by date -- not in the order that the files occupy in the book window.

I like the idea a lot. Is there a way you could use the table of contents feature to accomplish this? If it has to list the file names, you'd have to put them in each file somewhere and give them a style, but if every file has a heading or title that would also work, then maybe you could set up a TOC that collects those.
