we have a problem on mac when exporting from the network to an IDML file

The Mac is under macOS 10.12.6
There is always a crash of Indesign V13.1 during the backup on the network (smb) in IDML format
Versions 13.01 and 13.1 have been tried
With version 13.01, an adobe patch intended to fix the problem has been applied (https://helpx.adobe.com/en/indesign/kb/crash-save-as-nas-server.html?origref=https%3A% 2F% 2Fwww.google.com% 2F) without giving results

Clear indesign preferences (user or global) do not solve the problem

the other two MACs of the service works perfectly

do you have an idea ?
