Fix the acceleration GPU menu for choosing what GPU to use on Mac OS X High Sierra. Indesign seems hanged only on internal GPU available.

This. Some of us compose lots of heavy components and need to run in high performance in order to work out layout and design iterations. an eGPU could allow us to work more efficiently and do better creative.
