Add run-in footnotes

Add run-in footnotes, so multiple footnotes could be on the same line to save space (instead of every footnote starting on a new line)

    Academic publishing in disciplines (e.g., Classics) that display a lot of short citations would find this useful.

    this would be massively helpful for bible designers like me where many of the footnotes are only a few words long and space needs to be clawed back where ever I can find it!
