Add the possibility to add alternative Text to Tables.
like in MS Word.
Reason: we need to publish our print-products as an disability accessable PDF. Sometimes, it is helpful to add an alternative text to the table

I work with WHO PDFs all the time, and they require alternative text not only for photos and figures, but also for tables. I end up exporting the "final" PDF several times for approval, so having to add the alt text in Acrobat each time is a real pain!

I create a lot of documents with tables that are not suitable for readers, for example grids with ticks and crosses/blanks. Being able to have the meaning of these tables spelled out by a reader would be very helpful indeed.

It would be most beneficial to have the facility for alt text for tables in InDesign rather than time consuming doing it in the PDF
