Add the possibility to add alternative Text to Tables.
like in MS Word.
Reason: we need to publish our print-products as an disability accessable PDF. Sometimes, it is helpful to add an alternative text to the table

I create a lot of documents with tables that are not suitable for readers, for example grids with ticks and crosses/blanks. Being able to have the meaning of these tables spelled out by a reader would be very helpful indeed.

It would be most beneficial to have the facility for alt text for tables in InDesign rather than time consuming doing it in the PDF
