An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedYES! Something that is so easy with CSS in web development... When you think of it, a lot of things in InDesign would improve if they would work more like CSS (cascading, selectors etc).

Hi,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We have seen this issue being reported by some users ever since Paragraph Shading as a feature was introduced in InDesign.
I have marked this issue as “Under Review” for consideration by the InDesign team.-Aman

I can confirm this. TTF fonts that work in MS Word and even Adobe Illustrator 2022 fail to show up in InDesign 2022.
I tried installing them for every Windows 10 user, I tried adding them to the InDesign > Fonts folder and I tried the Document Fonts-folder method. None worked.
Only downgrading to 16.4.1 caused the fonts to properly show up.
I wonder why nobody else is having this?
