    For "NONE" just apply the Header Cell style directly to the "header" row(s)--don't use an actual header row.

    Yoong Hor Meng: So are you saying that InDesign should not have better book features--like per file pagination--because FrameMaker exists? I might be inclined to agree if FM had typography settings and better table style options (among other things). Adobe has borrowed Frame features and put them in ID before; and recently, they did the opposite. So putting better long-doc features in ID is not unreasonable, even if they exist in Frame.
