If you are still seeing this crash happening in InDesign, please do the following:
- do a screen recording
- attach a test file
- mention the OS version, InDesign version.
Put the screen recording and test file in a shared drive and share the location of the same with us.
Thanks,
Adobe InDesign team

Thank you everyone for your continued patience! Apple just released the macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update. This will fix the cursor issue with InDesign on macOS High Sierra. Please go to the App Store to update.

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephen Shooster commentedplease notify me of the fix too. Can't work properly this way. One workaround is to close the app and start again but that only last until you click something.

I’m having a similar problem. Using in design with 2023, MacBook Pro, 64 gigs ram, the color picker seems to be involved when I crash. It’s hard to know exactly what but my gut feeling is a modal window gets hidden and then your toast.
