   This issue was fixed in the March 2018 (13.1) release of InDesign. Please update your InDesign version to get the fix.

   Please update InDesign to the latest version, InDesign CC 2018 (13.0) for the fix of the issue.

   I've encountered this as well. It seems to have to do with the Mac OS Sierra, because designers in my company running earlier operating systems with CC2017 still have the uncollapsed import options.
