    This was an issue with the initial Apple's Ventura release.  

    It has been addressed in Apple's latest Ventura OS updates (13.1 or later).

    I would vote for "Rozpětí" as the best translation of the "Spread" in this case.

    Fix for this issue is now available in the latest InDesign Release version 20.1 (Build 20.1.0.71), available via Creative Cloud Desktop application.


    Please update your InDesign application to this latest version to get the fix.

    Adobe, fix it please. Wrong characters in Business Card are shame :-(
