The fix for this issue is available in the InDesign PreRelease build(v21.4.0.068) and above.
Please check if the issue is now resolved.
Download/Update the latest InDesign PreRelease build in Creative Cloud under the “Prerelease” category(Refer to “Prerelease_CreativeCloud.png” for reference)
Please apply to the InDesign PreRelease in case you don’t have access to the InDesign PreRelease build – https://www.adobeprerelease.com/beta/C6DFA254-C40C-4EEB-8F6D-F4AEDA2E6171

Same issue happening here. Seems to be after every minor update, ID Books see the previous version as a converted file and requires a Save As. Very frustrating as all our projects use books.

The fix of the issue is now available in InDesign 2024(v19.2.0.046) and above. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application click on the context menu on the top right, and click on Check for App Updates.

We have over 150 users who work in InCopy tables using tracked changes, this is creating major issues for us.

Is there any update on this please? We have had no information for 2 months and it's creating many problems for us for files using Calibri and Arial.
