The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2024(v19.5.0.084). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Bequette commentedDownload InDesign CS6. It's the last version to support PageMaker (.pmd) files. The files aren't perfect—as they were created with a very old program—but it’s the only way I know to open them. Once open, save them as a new InDesign document.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Bequette commentedThis exists! :) When you Publish Your Document Online, click the Advanced tab. You can choose which page is the preview image, OR you can upload one. When the document is shared socially, this is the image that appears as the featured image.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Bequette commentedYes to this suggestion! Here's why:
We have an internal document; let's call it Doc-A. I have a linked copy of this document that I'll call Doc-B. Doc-A contains a complex table that we use internally throughout our company. Doc-B is a linked copy. However, Doc-B is shared with customers so we need to hide some of the columns they don’t care about or need to know. Currently, I have to delete the unwanted columns manually. This is fine if you're doing this once, but we edit Doc-A regularly, so I must repeat the steps each time Doc-B is updated. So, hiding columns and having the ability to keep them hidden—even after updating links—would be extremely helpful!
If anyone has an alternate suggestion, I'd be very welcome to hear it!

Select 1 image. Change its size to what you want for it and other images.
Then select rest of the images on that spread and choose Object > Transform Again > Transform Sequence Again Individually.
Hope it resolves the issue for you.
