New document window of Indesign CC 14.0.1
Make the new document tabs (Recent, Saved, Print, Web, Mobile) movable.
I used the saved tab all the time and its frustrating to see recent tab show up as default. It would be nice to have an option of which tab you want to show first as default.3 votes -
PDF comments
Would it be possible to make older versions of pdf comments available to import into Indesign? I tried the feature this morning, but it said I couldn't import because it was from an older pdf.
It would be nice to have this because not all clients/people in my organizations have access to get updated Adobe Acrobat Pro etc.

Migrate file templates with new versions of Indd
It would be nice if my saved file templates migrate with new versions of for example Indesign and Photoshop. Now I have to re-make them with every new version of the programmes.

A search box in the link box to actively filter or search for a specific name, similar to the Excel spreadsheet header filter
Please add a cross-field search or an active filter function similar to Excel's table header filter to the link area, thank you.

offline mode for Apps while computer (emails or other) stay online
When I have an unstable internet connection or go online via hotspot/mobile data volume, I would like to set Indesign temporarily to offline, but at the same time keep the computer online for e.g. emails.

InDesign Review saving all the versions
I really have to prove that I made (25) revisions but I don't want to make PDFs. Is there a way for InDesign Review app able to save all the versions without 'Saving As' and creating another and sometimes huge memory file?

Migrate published links between accounts
It would be helpful to be able to transfer hosting of published InDesign links between licenses of the program - for instance, if someone moves from one institution's license to another and does not want their existing links to become inactive, or if somebody leaves a company and the work that they uploaded on their license needs to stay online. The main reason this would be helpful is to allow stability of the links, rather than having to re-upload and then make sure that all interested parties are given the new updated link.

Add Delete File option
We should be able to delete InDesign files. Not just set them to zero in a masking action, as is in the community forum. Then we lose access to files. Is this the only program, ever, in which the user cannot delete a file? Why? I am getting so many files left over from drafts, that it hinders my work. It will go on an on. At some point I will have to make a written log of each file I save, so I can mark them as which ones had a flaw, or wasn't needed for which reason, since…

Have a Dropdown arrow in the middle of Control/any Panel in Indesign So when the Mouse is Hoverd/Clicked on it The Menu/Options show up
I like the Properties Panel idea And Hiding the Control Bars on top to maybe look less daunting to newcomers but What if It has a DropDown arrow. A small panel tucked inside on top of Indesign while having a dropdown arrow in the middle so when the mouse is clicked/hovered on top it falls down occupying the same amt of space. Equation Editor for Mac OS version
It is very sad that Adobe relies so heavily on third party developer to fix issues for services that we CC subscribers pay for already. It is very dissapppointing that I have to search the internet for an app or plugin to do something that should be built into a product such as Indesign. Paste Charactes Styles like you Paste without Formatting
What if I can paste a Character style to a selected text from another selected text. You can paste text on another styled text to inherit its style, why not the opposite too.
In my attached example, I want "Martes" to look like "Domingo", to make it faster I think of copying Doming over "Martes", then retype Martes... too many steps.
If I had "paste style" I would make "Martes" look like "Domingo" with a quick shortcode.
