Have a Dropdown arrow in the middle of Control/any Panel in Indesign So when the Mouse is Hoverd/Clicked on it The Menu/Options show up
I like the Properties Panel idea And Hiding the Control Bars on top to maybe look less daunting to newcomers but What if It has a DropDown arrow. A small panel tucked inside on top of Indesign while having a dropdown arrow in the middle so when the mouse is clicked/hovered on top it falls down occupying the same amt of space. It is very sad that Adobe relies so heavily on third party developer to fix issues for services that we CC subscribers pay for already. Automatic image link if the Links folder is in the same folder as the document.
InDesign should automatically find images if the Links folder is in the same folder as the document. The old InDesign was able to do this. I'm constantly having to update links when the folder is moved around, and this also means re-saving the file, which changes the modification date.

Feature gone missing, InDesign
Shift/Command - or + NO LONGER WORKS! What happened????????? How can anyone design without this feature. 3.0hr on phone with Adobe, no solutions, sent to this screen to write out Help!
This command did work, now it's GONE! Will need to cancel Adobe because it's useless without this command! The solution they gave me, made images squished and unusable. No designer will be able to use InDesign.

InDesign
I have too many old thumbnail showing in my InDesign screen. Some are useless items, such as drafts, that I saved, but later deleted. The file is deleted, but the thumbnail is still there. I also want to have some thumbnails from 3 years ago, not go searching for them among my files later. Why don't you let us delete thumbnails of deleted files? cmyk color space view
On fill tool the color picker let us use "RGB color space view". But most of us use indesign for print publishing. So, I was saying maybe you guys should update it and give us an option to use cmyk color space view instead of rgb color space view. Thanks

Auto Save and Seamless Crash Recovery
During tight deadlines and rapid delivery cadences, the ability to track down and recover the InDesign file with updates in the event that InDesign crashed is troublesome.
The current process is to track down the document within the path below (link available for more recovery methods) and the probability that all updates are available is in question.

Paste Charactes Styles like you Paste without Formatting
What if I can paste a Character style to a selected text from another selected text. You can paste text on another styled text to inherit its style, why not the opposite too.
In my attached example, I want "Martes" to look like "Domingo", to make it faster I think of copying Doming over "Martes", then retype Martes... too many steps.
If I had "paste style" I would make "Martes" look like "Domingo" with a quick shortcode.
