Same here. I have a table in a table. When dragging the inner table's borders, it would not snap to cell boundaries of the outer table.

Found out this is due to no workspace being active. Ok, but why wouldn't it tell me? So I created a new workspace and nothing changed, only after restarting. The new workspace didn't show that overlay problem, but it also showed no control as before. So I activated Controls and Tools from Window menu, just to find them outside of the ID window. Had to dock them manually.

The videos in a comment, because they cannot be directly attached to original posting. Website bug.

Bookmarks are created from the source styles. Unlike the TOC, where the source styles could be messed while the output is created from target styles to make it look OK, bookmarks will only be correct if your style structure and levels are correct.

How do you do Fit frame to content, by key command or from menu?
The screen shot looks as if you doubled the boxes by Alt + mouse drag. -

What has changed, ID or the tool you use to view the PDF?
Addition: with level 2 or 1 headlines, the tooltip would also look as expected
The main problem is that I cannot be sure that if a cross-ref which is actually pointing to another document would be found in the tooltip when being level 4.
