Resetting browser settings has made all the Tools available.

InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Beale commentedI think it's working now. I noticed it was working in Edge. After I cleared cookies, history etc. from Chrome it worked.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Beale commentedThanks. I did relink and refresh the browser. I saw them, but then they disappeared again. I've even tried renaming the file and creating a new link, but they are still not showing up.
Don't know if it matters, but I have to connect to my company's VPN and then open InDesign to get the share for review to work. Guessing that's a setting they set up.
I also tried setting up a brand new document and pin and draw are still the only two tools showing up.

Fix of the issue is now available in InDesign’s latest November’17 update.
Please upgrade to the latest version InDesign CC 13.0.1 for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

This seems to be a constant issue. I shouldn't have to clear my browser every day.
