This option was updated in InDesign 20.0 version to match industry standards and stay consistent. We standardized this behavior to make workflows more predictable across products.

Icons and Labels are overlapping each other on the pages window. I attached a screenshot. BTW, my InDesign version is 20.0

Kindly bring back the old feature for constraining the proportions of width and height. It should remain constrained unless I change it. I prefer it that way. BTW, I've been using InDesign since its very first version. Thanks :D
