   Try changing the user interface settings and restarting ID. Then make sure ID is in fullscreen size (green plus) before you open a new doc. This seems to have fixed it for me.

   I have the user interface set to “small” and made it large and then back to small. I had to restart ID a few times.

   MacBook Pro M1 Max
   Sonoma 14.0

2. When you wake up, open documents are not visible on the external monitor. Everything is just greyed out.
