The issue has been fixed in the latest release of InDesign – InDesign 2021.
Please update to this new version of InDesign to get the fix.—

        In design 15.0.1 latest update media tool is still not working correctly , video preview is large and no option for playback tools, have reverted to old version again

Navigation Points have been re-introduced in the Media panel. This feature is available in the latest release of InDesign (version 16.0). Please use this release to use Navigation Points for Video/Audio files.
However, the Controller options will not be available. As communicated earlier, all options (Controller options being one of them) related to Flash/Flash player have been removed from InDesign as Flash Player is now being EOL’d (End of Life).

        media panel is causing crashes
 
This issue is hard to describe. I have set up hyperlinks for various buttons, ie next page, last page, page destination and chose the EVENT "on release or tap" , i chose this so as to work on a pad as well as a pc. On reviewing the buttons all work EXCEPT for the action " Go to previous view". when using the action " go to previous view" with the EVENT "on release or tap " a double click is required. selecting the EVENT "on click" rectifies this, however the EVENT "on click" does not work on the PADS i tested
