Looks like this is an old issue that just reached me in my current setup (Mac OS Catalina and InDesign 15.1.2). So I don't know if Adobe thought this was fixed, but it's definitely not. I'm attaching a screen capture video here. It shows my cursor moving from layer to layer while the cursor keeps flickering. And my movement can only be slow - I have no ability to go faster on this palette because there's no control. That is, I try to go faster, but the cursor has it's own ideas. :(
Also, whyyyyyy has this post been around for 2 years and NO ONE FROM ADOBE HAS EVEN RESPONDED?????
