    Hello All,
    Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
    We have fixed the issue in the latest version of InDesign, Id 15.0

    Please upgrade your InDesign application to the latest version to try out the fix.

    It's now August 2018 and I do not see any resolution to this issue. I just lost 2 days of work reading everything I could find online, trying to get a script to work, and using the Adobe online chat because I could not get through on the phone. I was told in the chat that there is no way around this.

  2. Ability to place 'live' endnotes at end of story, not in separate frame

  3. Endnotes from Word as plain text, please. Just like it used to be.

    YES!! Totally disastrous for book design. Allow us to keep the endnotes as plain text NOT on their own page.

    YES!!! Allow us to turn it off. Three-quarters of the way through a 300-page journal and all of a sudden the endnotes are appearing on their own page. If I try to copy or cut and paste at the end of the document it removes the numbers.
