Documents published from InDesign 19.0 onwards will no longer support integrated analytics from the dashboard. You can integrate Google Analytics to track insights into your documents.
Analytics for documents published from the previous versions of InDesign will continue to be collected until November 30, 2024, after which no new analytics will be collected.

Dear Adobe community,
It has been over 3 months now that I am not able to do my work because of an error in the Publish Online Dashboard.
I already created 2 community posts about this issue, have sent private messages to the community,... They told me at the beginning of October that it would be fixed in next releases. I just downloaded the latest version (18.0) and it still does not work.
This is really driving me crazy. I need to be able to tell my clients (which are big cities!) their publication analytics.
I can only view the analytics up until 90 days, not further back. Nor from the individual documents and the total view of all documents.
When is this going to be solved?
Regards
