An error occurred while saving the comment Monica commentedI've opened multiple documents, made many updates to my shared files throughout the day and had no problems so far. I made sure to open huge files that were problematic for updating previously too.
For us, this feature has become an essential part of our project review process and several workflows so many thanks for addressing this!
Monica supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Monica commentedI just tried the "hack" that someone suggested to open any document, click the share for review, then open the one you actually want to share and do the same, then it works. I tried this several times with different documents and it worked every time. Maybe something for QA to test out?
An error occurred while saving the comment Monica commentedI'm also having this issue with InDesign 16.4 I get the spinner and background tasks remains blank.
I'm on a Mac running Mojave. I've tried the various Adobe recommended fixes to no avail found here: lhttps://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html
I even tried rebooting.

Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Monica commentedI have version 16.4 and it still gives me the spinning wheel randomly. I've tried logging in and out, rebooting but it just keeps happening.
I'm really surprised that we don't get the same text field options in InDesign as we do for Acrobat. Why create a crippled version that forces people to do twice the work by now having to edit a form in TWO different programs?
