    Has there been any progress in correcting this bug in InDesign?

    In my experience, Hunspell, specifically Hunspell hyphenation still does not work for added languages in InDesign 2021 (16.3.2). Some years have passed.
    As one can read here in the comments are a few workarounds, most of the you have to reapply at one stage or another. I suppose that is not Adobe's idea to have people live with that.
