Clients of ours also requested to publish online with password protection. Would be a greatly appreciated feature!

Thanks for making this request. In order to understand the use-case more better I have a few questions:

    1. Whats the role of the different people working collaboratively on the same file. Are they always only designers or are other personas also involved.
    2. What is the use-case here, some parts of this request suggest an Editorial collaboration whereas others suggest collaboration amongst different designers. I am trying to separate these 2 requests out.
    3. What are the different kind of files (brochures, books, magazines etc) for which this is required.
    4. Does it need to be a web based service, or having the user be able to collaborate on one shared file using InDesign or InCopy on the Desktop will work? What is the advantage you feel over a web-service over the desktop app?
    5. How do you workaround this need today? What are the most important problems with…

    Hey guys,

thank you for your great work on all of the adobe software solutions.
We might have an issue that no one has so far, but adding this would make the lives of our customers so much easier!

Our company uses indesign to realize great animated ebooks that are only possible with this software. The ebooks we create for our customers are mostly product catalogues. Our problem is as follows: These catalogues have about 50 - 120 pages. Each page filled with 1 - 3 products. When customers search vor a specific item they need to search the whole document for an SKU or product title. That takes time and isn't very user friendly.

It would be great to have a search bar / function included in the online published epubs.

Right now you can only search the site which is displayed via the browser search function, but this isn't good enough. Please consider adding this feature to the list of improvements.

    Thank you!
