macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, updated to InDesign v 16.4 and I was still getting the spinning wheel when the "Update Link" is pressed. But following these steps and the problem has been fixed. https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html

Still not fixed although I get the spinning blue icon when updating a link not a blank panel.
All updated to 16.2.1 and followed all solutions mentioned here https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html.

Agree! This bug is back! It's been working great but has now reared its ugly head on version 17.0.1. Just to confirm, creating the first review is fine but updating the link gives you the blue spinning circle. I'm on macOS Big Sur 11.6. Tried all steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html and logged out of CC and back in and restarted. Help!
