   I am having the same problem With Helvetica Italic and Helvetica Bold Italic...
   I need to reboot everything (computer, font manager and ID) in order for it to show the fonts, but they go missing again very quickly. Driving me crazy, my client's font is Helvetica Neue, but even "old" Helvetica does the same trick. Please help...
