    The same issue was just noticed today. Scrolling over the properties Panel captures mouse scrolling inside fields.
    Depending on the scrolling and the element that is actively selected, it may cause great trouble.

    As an example, with a text frame full of content, if during the scroll the mouse hovers any of the font-properties it may happen that, by the "Undo limits" configuration, it might not be possible to recover work done on the text frame.

    A quick fix issue on this would be greatly appreciated.
