We've been having issues with fonts in documents here too.
Reopening any documents - literally any documents - and the bulk of the fonts claim to be missing. I can go through the process of fixing the issue, InDesign doesn't have a star by any of these fonts so they're definitely accessible, but it won't change the fonts in the actual document. However, if I copy the entire document as is and paste it in to another one, the fonts are fixed.
This issue is present whether I'm working off desktop, server or cloud. The fonts that we mostly use are the Helvetica Neue family. We're using Mac OS Catalina v 10.15.3, but only just updated after this issue started on Mojave.
