   Column Rules has been implemented in InDesign 2020. Please upgrade to this version of InDesign to use this feature.

   Noted that the column rules can't be automatically aligned with the text frame bounds.
   Column rules appear to ignore text frame inset padding and anchored objects and the rules needed to be incrementally sized manually to fit. This creates an issue if the text frame height is changed.
