Hello All,
Thank you for your patience all this while.
This issue is now fixed in the latest update (Id 14.0.1) of InDesign CC.
If you are unable to see the update notification yet, open the menu (three dots) from the top-right of Creative Cloud desktop application and click on ‘Check For App Updates’.Once the update button is shown against InDesign CC, click on the button to update your InDesign to Id 14.0.1 for the fix of the issue.

InDesign TeamAn error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Paoletti commentedWithin the past week I've been unable to open InDesign files in 2019. But since I was still able to use 2018, I carried on doing so. Now I can't open InDesign files in 2018 or 2019. I've tried uninstalling 2019 hoping that it would help, but no luck. Any suggestions?
In a situation of emergency to meet a deadline I downloaded 2017 to finish a project and it seems to be working for now. Hopefully this is resolved soon.
