    I did not find a resolution and its very frustrating that no one is addressing it. Its a big problem with long documents.

    Thank you all for reporting the issue to us.
    We have concluded our investigation into the issue. As per our findings, the bug belongs to Acrobat and there is little that can be done at InDesign’s end.

    We have already notified the concerned team, internally and they would be working on the same.

    For now we are closing this thread for InDesign.

    I’m on CC 2017 and this happens to me too, buttons loosing functionality. After troubleshooting it happens when buttons are anchored inline within a text frame. I believe normal anchoring with a text wrap is okay. I’m hoping to hear it get fixed in later versions. If it does please someone reply. This is such a pain doing interactive PDFs.
