   Fix is available in the latest update of InDesign – 16.3.2 on Mac and 16.3 on Win.
   Please update your copy of InDesign to the latest available update via CCD app.

   I can second that. It occurs also with the anchored setting "AnchorPosition.ABOVE_LINE"

   My customer just updated to CC 2020 and this bug crashed his entire workflow with anchored objects.
   I suspected XML at first because it was used here, but Indesign crashes without XML around it.

   I added two test files. https://cloud.publishingx.de/s/ywipG5YeYAP3TqL Just autofit the second, red frame.

   InDesign Version 15.02 x64 / Windows 10 and Mac
