   Issue has been fixed in InDesign’s latest update, Id 13.1.
   Please update your InDesign for the resolution of the problem.

   I have also found this bug in my latest update to High Sierra. My home machine and my work machine both have flash drives and are formatted to APFS. I am using CC 2018. OSX and Adobe are the latest releases.
